<Expo: Future of Roads EXPO>
In 2025, when the Osaka-Kansai Expo will be held,
Midosuji, Osaka's main artery,
will host a program themed "Toward People-Centered Road Spaces - Future of Roads EXPO"
to experience the future through "roads" in the spring, summer, and fall!
As part of the Midosuji Satellite Plan "Summer Camp," Namba Plaza will host "Road Festival," an event that brings together Japanese summer festivals and the charms of roads from all over Japan!

This event will feature exhibits related to roads from all over Japan. Booths will be lined up showcasing regional characteristics and culture, allowing visitors to learn about roads and enjoy playing on them.
In addition, lanterns, food stalls, and stage displays will be set up to create the atmosphere of a Japanese summer festival.

▼Guinness World Record® Challenge!
We're challenging for the most people to simultaneously uchimizu (splashing water).
Starting at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 2nd
Participants will join forces along Midosuji, Namba Plaza, and Nansan Street to perform the traditional summer tradition of uchimizu!
*Location: Nansan Street - Namba Plaza - Namba Marui area sidewalks
