ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This event will be divided into two parts: the "Nankai 140th Anniversary Thanks Corner" on the east side of Namba Plaza and the "Stage" on the west side.
The Nankai 140th Anniversary Thanks Corner on the east side of Namba Plaza will feature a historical timeline display looking back at the company's history from its founding to the present, as well as a Nankai Electric Railway history quiz, allowing visitors to learn more about Nankai Electric Railway while having fun. In addition, we will be displaying "Memories of Nankai Electric Railway that we want to pass on to the future!" stories submitted by visitors, and visitors will be able to vote for the winning submissions (the winning submissions will be announced on the official website and official social media accounts from December onwards).
The west stage will feature a talk show featuring world-renowned designer Junko Koshino, a native of Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture, which is located along the Nankai Electric Railway line. She is responsible for the design of Nankai Electric Railway's 140th anniversary logo and new uniforms. She will share her memories of Nankai Electric Railway and the fashion she designed, along with FM COCOLO DJ Namiko Ikeda.
Through this event, we hope you will learn about the history of Nankai Electric Railway's 140th anniversary, and feel a sense of hope for the future. We hope that our railway line will continue to be loved and chosen by everyone.
