Otsuki Noh Theatre

Otsuki Noh Theatre was established in 1935 on the Kamimachi Plateau as the first chair-seating Noh theatre in Japan, and has contributed to being a cultural hub in the Kansai region. With a Noh stage measuring 3 x 3m, it was registered as a "Registered Tangible Cultural Property (Structure)" in 2014. In 2019, the theatre was renovated as a multi-purpose facility, with new seating, lighting, air conditioning and other equipment.
