Osaka Prefectural Kamigata Performing Arts Museum Wahha Kamigata

Kamigata Engei Museum (nicknamed Wahha Kamigata) is the country's only performing arts museum, established in November 1996 with the objectives of "preserving and promoting Kamigata performing arts, providing a place for the people of Osaka to become familiar with Kamigata performing arts, and contributing to the development of Osaka culture."
We have recently renovated the museum with the aim of creating an attractive facility that will widely disseminate the greatness of Kamigata performing arts, including laughter, which is one of the identities of Osaka people.
After the renovation, Wahha Kamigata will host a variety of exhibits and events, including permanent exhibits making use of the collection materials and special exhibitions that introduce Kamigata performing arts from unprecedented perspectives, as well as a corner of entertaining videos of performers and workshops where you can learn about Kamigata performing arts.
We hope you will enjoy your visit.
