ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This event is a key measure to reaffirm and revitalize the history of the Dotonbori Theater District.
The performance features Sujoruri, a style of puppet theatre linked to Kabuki and Bunraku, and is held once a month at Namikiza, a recreated Edo-period playhouse with free admission and wheelchair access from the street.
After an entertaining introduction that is easy to understand even for beginners, you can enjoy a performance by Matsuya Nozawa, a leading Kabuki performer.
